Developed a cloud-based blood bank management system using Flutter (UI), Python (ML), and MongoDB to optimize donor-recipient matching and reduce emergency response time.

Implemented real-time GPS tracking (Google Maps API) and K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) algorithm to match donors based on blood type, location, and medical eligibility.

Designed a multi-role platform (donors, hospitals, patients) with features like automated alerts, donation history tracking, and secure cloud storage.

Achieved 84% accuracy in donor-recipient matching and reduced manual search time by 60% during testing.
